It's croquet time again, as 'Discipline' Dan looks on severely. If only an American policeman in a suit with the sleeves rolled up had stepped into the frame carrying some icecream cartons, I could have made a joke about croquet and tubs. [Editor's note: if you have no idea what this caption is about, ask someone old enough to remember the 1980's.] Hey!
Mate Kirsten helms, while crew Chris er... well I'm not sure exactly. Are they performing some strange contemporary dance routine? Or has she just kicked him? We don't condone that sort of thing on Mallards, so dancing it must be.
The rest of the crew, Aidan and Nick. Bit of an international flavour aboard the boat this year, Aidan being from America, Nick from Hong Kong, Kirsten from Scotland, er... boat furnishing from Pierre's of Paris.
Tore, just before the sedative kicked in. We were a bit worried we'd have to shoot him with the tranquilizer gun as well, but he calmed down once we'd got him strapped into the stretcher.
A mighty battle of mind and will going on here, no doubt. Unconcerned onlookers mill about in the background. White seems to have more pieces, but that's never a good indication, is it? Is it? I dunno.
Aidan does his Statue of Liberty impression. Good, isn't it? He also does Mount Rushmore, but he needs three other people for it.
This reminds me of a Braveheart quote... "They may take our brains, but they'll never take our freedom!!" Or is that Planet of the Apes? I'm not sure.
Henry's boat, somehow daring to try to overtake us. Doesn't he know the mate kicks people who come near??
